We automatically collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve our service.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Testimark services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (testimonial notifications, billing)
  • Generate AI-powered content based on testimonials you've collected
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Testimark: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI content generation), and Vercel (hosting).

4. Testimonial Data

Testimonials submitted through your collection pages are stored securely and accessible only to you (the account owner) until you choose to publish them. Published testimonials are displayed through widgets as you configure them.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication. API keys and sensitive credentials are never exposed to client-side code.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@testimark.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
